RETURNS – RULES & DEADLINES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following these simple steps.
Return Request & Deadlines
- You must request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Once the request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must include the original receipt:
- If you received a paper receipt, it must be included in the package.
- If you have an electronic receipt, you do not need to print it.
Return Process for European Countries
- Log into your Personal Account on our website and submit your return request.
- Prepare your package and ensure the item is in its original condition.
- Ship your return to the address below.
European customers must send their returns to the indicated address at their own expense unless they opt for an exchange (see above).
Return Process for Non-European Countries
- Customers outside Europe must return the item at their own expense to the address below.
- Customs fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- When trying on clothes, please remove rings, earrings, and other jewelry. If you're wearing makeup, remove it or use a special cloth.
- If you use perfume, please neutralize the scent before trying on the garment.
- If the garment has a zipper, make sure you have fully unzipped it. Carefully fasten and unfasten buttons and zippers on the garment.
- When trying on long dresses and skirts, pay attention to the hem of the garments and try not to step on it. Also, avoid contact between the fabric and dusty or dirty surfaces.
