2. Place of Processing and Data Recipients

Processing related to the Services offered through the Site takes place at the Controller’s registered office and is carried out by authorised personnel only.

In some cases, external service providers may be granted limited access to data solely for technical and operational purposes (e.g., hosting, IT maintenance, analytics tools), under the Controller’s instructions and in compliance with Article 28 GDPR.

Personal Data are not disseminated. Where applicable, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only with adequate safeguards and in compliance with GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
