According to Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, the user has the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing in cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation, and to receive the data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in cases provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR. At any time, the user can withdraw their consent, if consent was requested, in accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR, and file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR (Italian Data Protection Authority), if they believe that the processing of their data is in violation of the applicable regulations.
Additionally, the user may exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR by providing evidence of the reasons justifying the objection. The data controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which may not be accepted if there are binding obligations or prevailing legitimate reasons that override the user's interests, rights, and freedoms and require or justify the continuation of the processing.
