EUR3: Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia, Hungary:

the standard shipping cost is 20€.

NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Shipping costs are 50€ + any customs fees.

Returns

The withdrawal must be communicated by writing an email to info@mikaanika.com.

• within 5 (five) days from receipt of the products;
•  The products must not have been used, worn, or damaged, and must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and adequately packaged for safe shipping;
• the returned products must be delivered to the authorized carrier within ten (10) days from the date the user received the products.

IMPORTANT!

1. When trying on clothes, please remove rings, earrings, and other jewelry. If you're wearing makeup, remove it or use a special cloth.
2. If you use perfume, please neutralize the scent before trying on the garment.
3. If the garment has a zipper, make sure you have fully unzipped it. Carefully fasten and unfasten buttons and zippers on the garment.
4. When trying on long dresses and skirts, pay attention to the hem of the garments and try not to step on it. Also, avoid contact between the fabric and dusty or dirty surfaces.
